Signage

Using wood salvaged from barns in Ohio, farmhouses in Pennsylvania and even a lumber mill in the Adirondacks of Upstate New York, I began painting signs inspired by antique advertisements and street and railroad signs. I preferred blockier fonts so by a steady drawing hand and long hours with a straight edge, I tediously created my own lettering cut outs in several sizes to allow for one-of-a-kind designs in a simplistic style.
